At Legacy Beyond Power (a Khan Legacy brand), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return a product or request a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- The original order receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The return request is initiated within the eligibility window.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customised or Custom Edition products — bottles personalised with your photo, name, or message are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Items reported after the 7-day return window has passed.
- Products purchased on final-sale promotions or with redeemed promotional codes (unless the product is defective).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product, including the packaging.
- A short description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges, after verification.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's timelines.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning a product unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, in which case Legacy Beyond Power will cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Order Cancellation
Standard orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us promptly via email or phone. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be processed as a return upon delivery. Custom Edition orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
7. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds in cash or to a different account. Promotional discounts and coupon-code values are not refundable in cash.
