Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders from Legacy Beyond Power (a Khan Legacy brand) will be processed and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in Pakistan. International shipping is also available — please contact us for availability to your country.

2. Order Processing Time

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Customised perfumes (Custom Edition orders), which include personalised packaging, may take an additional 2–3 working days apart from the standard delivery timeline, due to production. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order is typically delivered within:

  • Major cities (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi): 2–4 business days.
  • Other cities and towns across Pakistan: 4–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier load, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Please contact us for current shipping charges applicable to your delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and link to the courier's tracking page (where available). You can also reach out to us at any time for an update on your order status.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate, including any landmarks, area name, and a working phone number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery — additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because the recipient was unavailable to receive it after multiple delivery attempts, or the parcel was refused at the door, the order will be treated as a return. The refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued to the original payment method, or you may request re-delivery by paying additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged Parcels on Arrival

If your parcel appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it from the courier and contact us immediately. If you have already accepted the parcel and discover damage to the products inside, please email us at support@iklegacy.com within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and the products. 9. Payment Before Dispatch

All orders are advance payment only. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD). Orders are dispatched only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed via our payment gateway, GoFastPay.
