3. Products & Pricing
All products, prices, and descriptions on our website are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that product images, colours, and descriptions are accurate, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or production batches.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, GoFastPay. We accept advance payment only — we do not offer cash on delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed and dispatched only after payment has been successfully received.
5. Custom Edition & Personalised Orders
Custom Edition products are made to order based on the photo, name, or message you provide through our customisation tool. Please review your customisation carefully before placing the order.
- By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own all necessary rights to use that image and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
- We reserve the right to refuse any customisation request that contains offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate content, or that infringes on a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Custom Edition orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
6. Use of Names & Likeness in Sample Designs
The names, photographs, and likenesses of public figures, celebrities, and other individuals shown on our sample customised packaging are used solely for illustrative purposes, to help customers understand the customisation feature and for inspiration. They do not represent any official endorsement, affiliation, or commercial association. All rights belong to their respective owners. If you have any concerns or would like specific content to be removed, please contact us.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, brand names, product designs, photography, copy, and graphics — is the property of Khan Legacy or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. 8. User-Provided Content (Photos & Names)
When you upload a photo or provide a name for customisation, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of producing your order. We do not use customer-uploaded content for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose without your explicit consent.
9. Coupon & Promotional Codes
Promotional codes (such as MEXIT3 and MAXIT10) are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise, are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may be withdrawn by us at any time without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Beyond Power, Khan Legacy, and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or our products.
